After you pay for your products they go silent. You contact them about shorted items and they are no longer responsive. You call customer service and they push you off to the sales rep. You call the sales rep and he assures you he’s going to call back and take care of the issue.... Surprise surprise he never calls back. I have multiple emails and voicemails left with them, and no response back. I would not use this company ever again.Edit: changed my 1 star to a 4 star because they did contact me after I left a bad review. The lady I spoke to was awesome. Got my problem solved so fast I couldn’t believe it. Sales team is terrible. The reason I say this is because before you buy they are on top of everything. Great help in designing the right stair for my situation. Just remember that if you have a height restriction to be sure to specify the maximum height for the support column. I never and now have to cut 18" from the column, which is tough and will likely mean renting a saw to... complete. The quality of the stair is good and looks like assembly will be easy enough but youwill need at least 3 people I think.read more

My only issue was the directions for the railing system weren't very good. We had a very difficult time bending the railing... but worked out a program that worked well using 2x4s as spacers. With the instructions and the instruction video- we were very successful! The stairs are so beautiful- beyond what we expected! ...
