Our house design called for a floating staircase, no other staircase would do it justice. Paragon’s price can’t be beat. We talked to some local fabricators and their stairs would’ve cost almost triple what Paragon offered. The quality is great and I would definitely work with them again.

I wanted a way up to our second story home office that fit in nicely to our home design. They were shipped on time and easy to install keeping our project on our timeline. Would I do business again with Paragon Stairs? Most definitely!

We bought our house a year ago and wanted to renovate right away. The first thing you see when you walk in is the staircase. We saw a Paragon floating staircase and thought it was beautiful and so well made. Not only was it a great product, but also competitively priced. Our designer, Jason, made the process so simple and gave us a lot of confidence in our choice. It’s the perfect statement to open our art collection for guests when they walk in and has even become part of it. Our Paragon team was responsive and it was easy to get a real person on the phone to answer questions.

Their help in the design process cannot be overstated. I would have made several mistakes without the guidance of their designer. I have not installed the staircase yet due to time constraints and the remote location of the cabin it is intended for. I have however received the kit and the quality looks and feels very good. I don’t expect any issues whatsoever with the installation.
Update : Finally got enough time off to go install the staircase. Very pleased. Looks great and feels solid, like movement, flex, sway, nothing. Absolutely would buy from them again.

We ordered a custom staircase for one of our projects in Grand Cayman. Paragon assisted with shipping through our freight forwarder in Miami and the product arrived within the timeframe given. Our clients were extremely happy and we will definitely be considering them again for future projects.
