Yes, we do! Our SMA Certified Stair Designers are experts in your local building codes. We build thousands of stairs to code every year and we can do that for your project if you desire. The need to meet building code is required in some situations and in other situations code compliance may not be necessary. Please reach out to us to discuss further.

We ship our stairs directly to consumers all across North America from our facility in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. All of our stairs are custom built to your specs and then shipped directly to you broken down in kit form for easy step-by-step DIY installation.
How much floor space do your stairs take up?

The floor space a stair takes up is determined by the stair’s diameter. The smallest size diameter we offer is 3 feet 6 inches (42″ X 42″ floor footprint). Our standard diameters increase in six inch increments, 42″ x 42″ to 48″ x 48″ to 54″ x 54″ and so forth. We recommend that you place painters tape on the ground in the above dimensions to determine how the stair will look in your space.

I wanted way to go from my pool area to my balcony without having to go all the way through my house. We needed something safe for wet feet from the pool and sturdy enough to hold up in Florida weather. Paragon’s Aluminum Stair was the right solution. The design process was great. Our designer helped us choose each option and explained them all to us. It’s one of the best things we’ve done for our home!

He answered all my questions, responded quickly and he kept me informed through the whole process. The rest of his team was just as responsive. The installation team that I chose, which was one of several that Sam referred, was terrific. They checked all the boxes as well. Friendly, professional and extremely neat. I am very pleased with spiral staircase that I purchased from Paragon Stairs. I was worried about everything from timeliness, delivery, DIY installation, quality of the material and appearance. I was assured from the beginning that I had nothing to worry about. I found the salesman to be knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. The stairs were delivered in about 2 weeks to my driveway. The material will last forever and won’t require an inordinate amount of attention to maintain. it is very attractive and a conversation piece for guest. Very Pleased!!
