The need to meet building code is required in some situations and in other situations code compliance may not be necessary. Please reach out to us to discuss further.

How much floor space do your stairs take up?

The floor space a stair takes up is determined by the stair’s diameter. The smallest size diameter we offer is 3 feet 6 inches (42″ X 42″ floor footprint). Our standard diameters increase in six inch increments, 42″ x 42″ to 48″ x 48″ to 54″ x 54″ and so forth. We recommend that you place painters tape on the ground in the above dimensions to determine how the stair will look in your space.

I’m a contractor and these were my first set of spirals; the instructions were easy to read and follow. Lastly with all the hardware required I was pleased to find that everything was there!
