We wanted a way to reach the loft of our cabin rental without taking up too much space. The cabin is already on the smaller side and a traditional staircase would’ve been way too big. Paragon’s price point and aesthetic were exactly what we were looking for.

I purchased some Paragon Stairs to replace a rather unsafe ladder that was used to access a sleeping loft in a second home. I would preface this review with the fact that I purchased with cost in mind and from the bottom of the price scale. The ordering process was easy, I had an in person customer representative answer my questions in less than a day and they walked me through the various benefits and limitations of the stairs I purchased. In terms of product, I feel that I got more than my moneys worth in terms of looks and function and was not left felling that I had been promised more than I got, which often occurs with online purchases.

Our designer made the ordering process understandable and a pleasant experience. I have installed one of the two spiral staircases ordered…… one from the main floor to the basement and the other to be installed from main floor up to the loft area. Perfect in every way for my little stone cottage….. beautiful and the sturdy construction. Thank you Paragon Stairs for your great product.

The process with Paragon was so easy and straight forward. It fit perfectly into our Airbnb and opened up the loft bedroom. We feel great knowing our guests have a safe way to make it to the loft and they love the look! Installation was easy and took about 2 hours.
