Yes, we do! Our SMA Certified Stair Designers are experts in your local building codes. We build thousands of stairs to code every year and we can do that for your project if you desire. The need to meet building code is required in some situations and in other situations code compliance may not be necessary. Please reach out to us to discuss further.

We ship our stairs directly to consumers all across North America from our facility in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. All of our stairs are custom built to your specs and then shipped directly to you broken down in kit form for easy step-by-step DIY installation.
How much floor space do your stairs take up?

The floor space a stair takes up is determined by the stair’s diameter. The smallest size diameter we offer is 3 feet 6 inches (42″ X 42″ floor footprint). Our standard diameters increase in six inch increments, 42″ x 42″ to 48″ x 48″ to 54″ x 54″ and so forth. We recommend that you place painters tape on the ground in the above dimensions to determine how the stair will look in your space.

The entire process was great with Paragon Stairs, from ordering to designing the stair. Our designer, Rachel, took the time to go through each measurement and design options with us. The packaging and shipping were easy and I installed it myself. It’s a very easy DIY job.

I received the delivery of my stairs right to my driveway as expected. All of the materials were in great shape, directions appeared to have been assembled in the wrong order but I was able to manage. nice finished product.

We wanted a spiral staircase that connected our second floor deck to our pool area. We wanted something that looked nice and didn’t take up all of our outdoor space. Paragon’s Adjustable Aluminum spiral was the perfect solution. It looked nice, was a great price, and was outdoor rated to last through the seasons.

Their help in the design process cannot be overstated. I would have made several mistakes without the guidance of their designer. I have not installed the staircase yet due to time constraints and the remote location of the cabin it is intended for. I have however received the kit and the quality looks and feels very good. I don’t expect any issues whatsoever with the installation.
Update : Finally got enough time off to go install the staircase. Very pleased. Looks great and feels solid, like movement, flex, sway, nothing. Absolutely would buy from them again.
