Yes, we do! Our SMA Certified Stair Designers are experts in your local building codes. We build thousands of stairs to code every year and we can do that for your project if you desire. The need to meet building code is required in some situations and in other situations code compliance may not be necessary. Please reach out to us to discuss further.

We ship our stairs directly to consumers all across North America from our facility in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. All of our stairs are custom built to your specs and then shipped down you broken down in kit form for easy step-by-step DIY installation.
How much floor space do your stairs take up?

The floor space a stair takes up is determined by the stair’s diameter. The smallest size diameter we offer is 3 feet 6 inches (42″ X 42″ floor footprint). Our standard diameters increase in six inch increments, 42″ x 42″ to 48″ x 48″ to 54″ x 54″ and so forth. We recommend that you place painters tape on the ground in the above dimensions to determine how the stair will look in your space.

The entire process was great with Paragon Stairs, from ordering to designing the stair. Our designer, Rachel, took the time to go through each measurement and design options with us. The packaging and shipping were easy and I installed it myself. It’s a very easy DIY job.

I ordered two galvanized spiral staircases from Kevin and the whole process could not have been easier. Not only was I helped with the selection process but was even helped with layout and design. I’m a contractor and these were my first set of spirals; the instructions were easy to read and follow. Lastly with all the hardware required I was pleased to find that everything was there! Definitely recommend, whether a homeowner or contractor; the whole process was easy, communication was top notch, and installation was a breeze especially because Kevin was willing to walk me through install.

I wanted way to go from my pool area to my balcony without having to go all the way through my house. We needed something safe for wet feet from the pool and sturdy enough to hold up in Florida weather. Paragon’s Aluminum Stair was the right solution. The design process was great. Our designer helped us choose each option and explained them all to us. It’s one of the best things we’ve done for our home!
