The need to meet building code is required in some situations and in other situations code compliance may not be necessary. Please reach out to us to discuss further.

We ship our stairs directly to consumers all across North America from our facility in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. All of our stairs are custom built to your specs and then shipped directly to you broken down in kit form for easy step-by-step DIY installation.
How much floor space do your stairs take up?

The floor space a stair takes up is determined by the stair’s diameter. The smallest size diameter we offer is 3 feet 6 inches (42″ X 42″ floor footprint). Our standard diameters increase in six inch increments, 42″ x 42″ to 48″ x 48″ to 54″ x 54″ and so forth. We recommend that you place painters tape on the ground in the above dimensions to determine how the stair will look in your space.

The spiral stairs that were labeled as “ready to ship” shipped within the promised timeline and looked great!
