Paragon’s stair packing and shipping process accomplishes both of these and more to ensure your experience is smooth and pleasant. We take several added steps to expedite shipping, add to your convenience, and protect your valuable product for the entire duration of shipment.
We wrap each piece individually to protect the material and any finishes from scratching or shifting or any other damage during shipment. Plus, we coil the handrail down to make it compact and easier to box up and wrap so it also remains protected. Finally, we then box up the broken down, wrapped components for easy transport.
One of our promise is that our DIY spiral staircases are easy to install. So we make sure to include with each shipment is a set of easy-to-follow instructions. These instructions move the assembly of your spiral staircase kit along quickly so you can get on to the next stage of your project without any hiccups.
Paragon works through the best local carrier to offer you the lowest shipping we can to anywhere in the Continental United States. We also offer shipment of your stair directly to your front door or any address you choose, so you don’t have to deal with the hassle of driving to a secondary location and picking your stair up with a truck you may have to rent. It’s already at your front door. Plus, prior to shipment, our designers work with you to pick a day and time that works best for you, so you know exactly when it will arrive and can plan you project accordingly.
Our ability to ship directly to your door applies to anywhere in the Continental US and Canada, so you don’t have to worry about living in a remote area. We’ll even work out a way to transport your stair to Hawaii.

Furthermore, during the initial consultation process, one of Paragon’s expert stair designers will factor in the cost of your stair plus shipping, so the final cost is not an unpleasant surprise and you can work out your budget accordingly without worry.
If requested, we can also work with you to deliver the stair using a liftgate truck, making it much simpler to retrieve your stair from the truck at the time of arrival.
Warrantied against Damage
Paragon protects your investment by supplying a warranty for all stairs against damage during shipment. We encourage you to inspect your stair, with the delivery man present, thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. If anything has damage please let us know and we’ll handle it to your satisfaction. Paragon wants you to be comfortable and confident with your purchase, which is why we extend the added benefit of a return policy for all of-the-rack models should you in any way not be completely satisfied with your purchase.
